Terms of Business - Each image has been ‘quality-graded’ (‘Excellent’, ‘Good’, ‘Satisfactory’) by the vendor. This scale is a guide to the intra-image quality not inter-image quality. For example, a ‘poor quality’ collotype of the late 1920’s might still be much better than a ‘good quality’ photolithograph of the early 1900’s. N.B. Those possessing the ‘Printsellers Association’ and ‘Fine Art Trade Guild’ stamps are generally better quality images. Some of the images in the list may be library copies and not the actual print for sale. Images viewed on computer screens are not always a perfect representation and it is recommended that the buyer makes contact by phone or email for a full description. We will endeavour to describe the image as accurately as possible. A full refund will be made if the customer is not satisfied as long as the image is returned in its original condition. In such circumstances, the customer will be liable for all postage and packing costs. Before shipping, all images must be paid for by cleared cheque or bank transfer.
